Sweet Adelines

organisation. Formed in
1945, it is one of the
world's largest singing
organisations for women,

Sing in 4 part harmony.Northern Beaches Chorus invites women of all ages to be a part of a worldwide
campaign to Teach the World to Sing.
In January 2012 Choruses throughout the world are welcoming interested singers to experience what it's like to
sing with Sweet Adelines International. We are holding a free Open House Night on Monday 30 January at
7.00pm at our rehearsal hall in Belrose. Come and taste the fun and experience of singing 4 part harmony - and
learn about posture, breathing, and vocal production. click for open night details

your place. If you're not able to attend the Open House, Sandra can advise you of our next opportunity.
Being able to read music is not essential, but you need to have a good ear for music and be able to sing in tune
with other members of the chorus singing different parts around you.
We have a strong focus on musical education, with regular visits from local and international coaches teaching
the art of barbershop acappella singing.
